1. Introduction

Welcome to alertsonchain.com (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately. Updates to these Terms may occur from time to time, and continued use of the Service means you accept any changes.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep login credentials secure.
  • Users must not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes within the Service.
  • Users must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to hack the Service.
  • Users must not use the Service to engage in illegal or harmful activities.
  • Users must not overload or abuse the Service (e.g., excessive API calls, spamming notifications, creating multiple accounts to bypass limits).
  • Users must not share their account with others. Accounts are strictly individual.
  • Users may only monitor blockchain wallets they own or have explicit permission to monitor.
  • Users must not use the Service to track, harass, or surveil individuals.
  • Users must comply with all applicable local laws when using the Service.
  • Users should never share private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive access credentials with the Service.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • The Beta Plan is free of charge and includes the following limitations:
  • Maximum of 3 owned wallets can be monitored per user.
  • One account per individual user.
  • Up to 250 notifications per month.
  • A maximum of 250 processed transactions per user for alerts per month.
  • The Beta Plan began on October 15, 2025, and will end when the Service reaches 50 total users or platform-wide limits are reached (e.g., 200 total monitored wallets).
  • Future paid subscription plans will be introduced after the Beta phase, with full details provided in advance.
  • The Service may suspend or terminate accounts that exceed limits or violate these Terms.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Notification delivery times depend on network performance, system load, monitored addresses, and blockchain conditions. Delivery is not guaranteed.
  • During Beta, there is no guaranteed uptime, reliability, or performance (no SLA).
  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • The Service is not liable for missed, delayed, duplicate, or inaccurate notifications.
  • The Service is not responsible for financial losses, trading outcomes, or decisions based on alerts.
  • Blockchain data sources and third-party providers may introduce delays or inaccuracies outside our control.
  • Users assume full responsibility for interacting with blockchain networks and smart contracts.

5. Termination of Service

  • The Service may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the system.
  • The Service may modify or end the Beta phase at any time. Users will be notified when possible.
  • If an account is terminated or deleted by the user, all associated data will be permanently removed.
  • Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
  • Data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or operational reasons before permanent deletion.

6. Data Processing and Analytics

  • The Service uses analytics tools, including Sentry, to monitor stability, performance, and error logs.
  • Collected data may include IP address, device type, browser information, usage patterns, and error traces.
  • We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or wallet access credentials.
  • Personal data is processed according to applicable privacy laws, including GDPR obligations for EU users.
  • Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support.
  • Some data may be transferred to third-party processors such as hosting providers, analytics services, and email delivery platforms.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Users must not bypass rate limits or attempt to hack or overload the system.
  • Users may not generate artificial blockchain traffic to trigger alerts.
  • Users may not use automation or bots unless explicitly allowed.
  • Users must not engage in activities that disrupt or degrade platform performance for others.
  • Users may not attempt to monitor wallets belonging to individuals or organizations without explicit permission.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain functionality, analyze performance, and enhance user experience. Users in regions requiring consent (such as the EU) will be shown a cookie banner. Essential cookies cannot be disabled, while optional analytics cookies may be controlled via the consent banner.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
